5 warning symptoms occur a month before the heart attack

Poor nutrition and stress cause many health problems, and the first to be affected is the heart. An unhealthy diet contributes to a person's heart attack and stroke, which is common among people and comes at an early age.

Heart attack occurs after interruption of blood flow to the heart, leading to blood clotting and narrowing of the coronary arteries due to sedimentation. The severity of the heart attack is linked to the duration of the blood flow.

Here are five warning symptoms that occur a month before the heart attack:

1- Shortness of breath or breathing speed:

Sometimes it is difficult to take a breath after the minimum physical effort, such as walking a few steps at normal speed or climbing stairs, indicating that your lungs do not get enough oxygen. This problem often occurs due to low blood flow to the heart, or weak heart muscle, which causes excessive blood pressure in the lungs. In this case, a specialist should be consulted to determine the cause of this slowdown and to prevent the risk of heart attack leading to death.

2- Common symptoms:

Many people get colds, coughs, fever and chills that lead to the accumulation of fluid in the lungs, which is classified as the initial symptoms of heart attack.

3-Chest tightness:

Chest tightness is one of the most common symptoms of a heart attack, which occurs shortly before it appears. This distress is manifested by a feeling of great discomfort and pressure under the breastbone. Human is feeling so tight due to coronary artery blockage.

4- Weakness:

The feeling of tiredness continuous, despite the sound and sound of adequate rest, is one of the signs of heart attack, and this fatigue because of the inability of the heart to pump blood in the body adequately, the latter goes to the vital organs in the body such as the brain.

5- Dizziness and Imbalanced movements:

When there is a problem in blood flow or blockage of the arteries, the heart works great effort to succeed in pumping blood, and this great effort causes vertigo accompanied by a significant rise in temperature.
