5- Smoking is a persistent and alcoholic addiction to alcohol and alcohol increases the incidence of stomach ulcers.

Treatment of gastric ulcers

3- Eat healthy foods without high protein content because proteins work to increase the secretions of the stomach. 5-  Keep away from bad habits such as cigarettes, alcohol and alcohol, as well as to reduce caffeine intake, such as coffee, tea and excessive water intake.
6-  Eat small, close meals spread throughout the day instead of eating three spaced meals with plenty of harmful drinks. 
7- Avoid anxiety and tension and stay away from irritability, nervousness and anger for the slightest reason.
