5 Wrong daily habits should be avoided






We commit daily mistakes, which we inherited from community customs, but without realizing that we are wrong, and we think that they are true, and that they are the etiquette of dealing and good use of things.

Britain's Bright Side newspaper observed a number of daily habits that we do, but we have to avoid them in order to preserve our health and our lives in general, let us know them

1 - cleaning the ear with cotton sticks, the earwax is responsible for cleaning, and it comes out automatically, as it slips in the ear channels when chewing.

Food, while using cotton sticks, increases the earwax, harming it, while all you have to do is to clean your ear with a wet towel only. 


2. Washing all kinds of foods, red meat and poultry meat  while being washed in the kitchen bacteria will spread all over the kitchen, and it will grow there and make toxins ,so  the best way to clean the meat, is by roasting or boiling water , to get rid of bacteria in the outer surfaces.

3. Clean the teeth immediately after each meal, leaving at least half an hour to an hour after eating and then washing the teeth.

4 - The belief that placing the foot above the other causes varicose veins, it is a false belief, studies have shown that this situation, like others, only must be changed from time to time.

5 - Working through the computer causes weakness of vision, while it is like the exposure to driving for long periods, or focus in a specific thing for periods, and to avoid this fatigue in general, you need to change the sitting position every period, and use the computer light appropriate to see the eye.
