There are many reasons that cause obesity, for these reasons:
1 - There are many people who are affected by the poor mental state, which leads them to exposure to the huge increase in their weight.
2 - Some drugs cause obesity, there are many drugs that have side effects that cause obesity, because of the composition of substances that cause obesity and increase the weight very much.for example : tricyclic antidepressants(TCAs), Antihistamines , Antipsychotics/Mood Disorder , Antihypertensives - Beta Blocker (Blood Pressure) , Corticosteroids , Diabetes Medications and Seizures/Mood Stabilizers
3- There are some bad negative habits that many do when they eat, eating foods with high fat content, sweets and carbohydrates that increase weight.
4- Eating between meals : This makes the incidence of weight gain is very high also lack of movement and the lack of any physical activity that cause obesity and accumulation of fat within the body.
5- There are a lot of imbalances and disorders that occur in the process of secretion of hormones, and this causes a significant increase in weight.
6- Sleeping immediately after meals is one of the most important causes of obesity as it cause delayed digestion and accumulation of fat in body .
7- Always resort to the easiest and fastest to complete any activity without loss of body energy and making low activities or low movement .
8- There are some genetic factors that affect significantly in the incidence of obesity, the process of inheritance of fat cells beyond the normal limit of parents and grandparents to children is one of the important reasons and difficult treatment in the elimination of obesity.these genetic factors are hardly to be controlled or treated and can be only managed through daily sports practice ,
